This premium experience brings the full Hair By Mike consultation and styling expertise directly to your home or preferred location.
As the founder of Hair By Mike, I personally handle these visits, ensuring that you receive the highest level of care and attention. From the initial consultation to the final installation, I’m there every step of the way to customize your hair system according to your unique needs.
Here’s how the VIP Personal Visit service works:
Initial Consultation:
I will visit you to discuss your hair replacement goals and evaluate your needs. We’ll go over your hair loss concerns, lifestyle requirements, and any specific preferences for your hair system.Customization:
After our consultation, I will take precise measurements and work closely with my factory to design a custom hair system tailored just for you. We’ll ensure that everything, from the base type to the hair color and texture, is a perfect match.Delivery and Installation:
Once your custom hair system is ready and shipped to me, I’ll personally visit you again for the final fitting. I will style, cut, and install the hair system to ensure it looks natural and complements your overall appearance.Monthly Maintenance:
As part of the VIP service, I also provide regular monthly maintenance. I’ll return to ensure your hair system stays in perfect condition with adjustments, cleaning, and any additional styling needs.

This is a great way to have a one-on-one consultation where we can discuss your hair goals, address your concerns, and figure out the best solution for you.
During your visit, we will:
- Have an in-depth chat about your hair replacement needs.
- Take precise measurements and consider all your preferences, from base types to hair color and texture.
- Provide a detailed consultation on how we can design and customize your hair system.
Once we have all the details, we’ll take it from there—working with my factory to create a perfectly tailored hair system. Once it arrives, we can schedule your fitting and installation.

shipping & payments
At Hair By Mike, we aim to make your hair replacement experience as smooth and convenient as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping schedule and payment process:
Shipping Details
Shipping Schedule: We ship all custom hair systems on the 15th and 30th of each month. Once your hair system is ready and has passed our quality check, it will be dispatched on the next available shipping date.
Shipping to the Studio: If you’d like me to personally style and cut your new hair system, we can ship it directly to my studio. This option allows you to book a fitting and styling appointment with me to ensure the perfect look and installation.
Shipping to Your Address: Alternatively, if you prefer to receive the hair system at your own address, we can ship it directly to you. You can still book a separate appointment for a haircut and styling at the studio whenever it’s convenient for you.
Regardless of the shipping option you choose, we will provide tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Secure Payments
We take your security seriously. All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment methods to ensure your information is protected. You can complete your order using the following methods:
E-transfer: This is a popular option for quick, secure payments. You can send the total amount to the designated email provided upon checkout.
Credit/Debit Card: We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure online payment system.
Pay in Full Upfront: To confirm your custom order, we require payment in full. This allows us to proceed with manufacturing your hair system without delay. We recommend paying promptly to ensure your spot in the shipping schedule.
For stock hair systems that are ready to ship, you can conveniently make your payment directly through our website. If you’re local and prefer an in-person option, you’re welcome to visit the studio to complete the payment.
